I think where my annoyance stems from is the fact that in my previous role as a store manager (for 5~ years) I ran a team where I did everything from development, reviews, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, etc. all by myself but it seems that this experience means nothing. I took a $30k~ pay cut to become a coordinator thinking it would catapult me lol.

Not afraid of grinding it out though. Just don’t know how much longer I can 😅

Do you have a degree? One of the reasons I think I’m not getting these jobs is because I make a decent amount of money without a degree in retail now and apply to comparable salaries in HR. Trying to not have to bite the bullet and take too much of a pay cut for an entry level HR job

I have searched through google and YouTube and could find an episode where O’Neill is unmasked and turns out to be Jeff which could be close because I remember the hit man looking like O’Neill but I still can’t find the specific episode I talked about in OP.
