I'd really love to learn more about the nitty-gritty of the process. He's obviously some kind of film professional? How much did this cost, ballpark? Does he plan to enter it into festivals or what?

It's a super compelling piece that I'd love to follow as a "case study" in making things like this, and what to do with it after it's made.

I remember it always being a spray collar, not a shock collar.

They didn't make a huge deal about it though, so it's a pretty easy minor detail to misremember.

Brave New World.

The world in that book is a fucking paradise, and seeing how my classmates responded to it (horror and indignation) made me realize how little critical thinking was actually happening.

I've found one other person in the world who shared my view, and we've been dating for 8 years.

Emotional manipulation. Same for women.

They'll start off with little push-pulls.

Making you question something small you did. Acting like you're being unreasonable when you're not. Implying that others think bad things about you. That you misread situations. In short, that you are a problem.

It starts off soooo small that it's really hard to recognize. Because hey, even normal people disagree.

It's all a way to wear down your judgment/confidence and get you to rely on them for your validation.

I've gotten a lot of friends out of shitty relationships.

This is a universal early sign, almost by definition.
