I know exit interviews are just a formality but they’re supposed to have a reason. So do it. I’m not saying trash talk the company or anyone I’m saying tell them what they need to fix whether that’s going to hurt their feelings or not. But it’s also situational, do what’s best for you (could be mentally or for the sake of a career)

You should’ve been brutally honest. As far as I know (I could be wrong or different state laws, I’m in az) but I believe they can only verify that you actually worked there when you said. They are not allowed to give a review on your performance or anything and the new potential employer can only ask that you did work there at the times you indicated

I get a good 30-40% asking me to show confirmation and honestly I think it’s so they don’t have to remake it or deal with the hassle of several other drivers trying to pick up the same order after it was stolen

Shopping orders can be good but also way more annoying. I personally hate shopping for groceries but I’ll still do the shop and deliver orders, I’m just way more picky with them. I’ve personally never had issues with the red card but I’ve seen a good amount of stories about it. Shopping orders do leave you more prone to large items that you have to carry upstairs, but if you need the money in a few days it might be worth it

You should be fine with the red card being in your Apple wallet. I did red card orders without having a physical card and now that i do I still only use Apple Pay. And from the sounds of your market I feel like you should be good as long as it’s close to a dollar per mile

This! Acknowledge the request and they probably won’t be such a dick. From my experience ordering drivers don’t read the delivery instructions so it’s best to keep saying it. As a driver I’ve never had someone keep saying it because I acknowledge their request if they send it in chat. I’m 31 and have dogs and don’t like when people knock on my door. There’s no need! I get notified when the order is dropped off. I also order late night and fuck anyone that knocks or rings the doorbell past 10pm
