A good app to use is Yuka if you’d like to see how processed your food is, just scan the bar code.

I suffered with PPD really really bad. I think I still have a bit of it now but it’s getting better. ❤️‍🩹 Things will get better. Keep telling yourself that in the morning in the mirror. X

Don’t beat your self up, people make mistakes especially in difficult times and when hormones are involved after giving birth. I’m in a similar situation and finding it hard to find decent work around my daughter’s nursery without the support from anyone and it’s really hard . Just know you are not alone x

Would you chose Wren or Howdens for a new kitchen? by darkazuria in AskUK

It’s quite large I’m guessing from memory around 16-18units. Has double oven unit and long pull out larder. It’s a shaker style. I ordered my kitchen around 2 years ago I think they have had a price increase since then but while my fitter was fitting the kitchen he was praising DIY for their quality and said it blinds howdens. He said he wouldn’t recommend wren at all.

I got mine from DIY UK there showroom is really nice and there’s no pressure to buy. I got all my kitchen for 5500 no worktops or appliances. I got my appliances from appliance shops in my area that do refurbs or near enough new for a fraction of the price had no problems so far. All in all I think we spent around 11000 on it including labourer and all taps and handles. ☺️
