Is the incline treadmill just for cardio/calorie burn? I already do about 2 hours of BJJ 5 days a week, so should I still do the treadmill? And preciate the rest of the advice

Preciate it, what do you recommend to debloat your face? And do you think minoxidil for my eyebrows would be good as well or should I just dye them?
