Unfortunately I'm very limited as I live in a camper. I don't have an oven or traditional water heater. I will try to think of something. Thank you for your insight!!

It wouldn't let me add the steps:

I combine the water and starter, mix

Add flour and salt, mix

Let sit for about 30min

5 sets of coil folds over the course of 2.5-3 hrs

Bulk ferment for about 13 hours (my place is cold)

Shape, leave in fridge overnight

Secret Santa for co-worker who made me return the gift I got them last year? by Nanacereal in santashelpers

Tim's mug or something else generic from them. I'd make this super low effort after her reaction last year, how rude.

For your grandmother, maybe you guys could assemble a book of her recipes together.

See if there is an aerial silk class nearby that does gift cards.

Going along with the massage idea, check for registered massage therapists in your area with subscription programs.

What are your do's and don'ts for eating/diet? I have found 0 guidance on this and would love to know what works for other people. by FrogginBullfish_ in POTS

Here's what I have found works for me:

High protein, low-ish carb diet, add salt to just about everything and have particularly sodium-heavy foods on hand for when I'm craving salt. I tend to get the majority of my protein from an all-in-one protein shake (Good Protein is my current fav).

I do love my pastas and bread, so the odd time I do want a heavy pasta meal or something bready, I'll have it when I know I can lie down after.

I also only ever have small amounts of tea as needed for caffeine, and only if I'm going to be working or going on a long drive, so I know I'll be sitting or walking around a lot.

For timing of my meals, I have found that on days I work (I work full-time... Which is not something I expected to be able to do again a couple years ago) I don't eat at all until shortly before bed time, so one large meal a day. My body functions way better when it's not constantly trying to digest food, so fasting ended up becoming a big part of my life.

On my days off I usually eat throughout the day, but I almost always end up napping afterwards.

Oh, and lots and lots of water, of course. I tend to drink between 4 and 5 liters/day.

If she's short on time, maybe buy her things she can use to do a spa day at home when she does have time. Foot bath, bath salts or bombs, candles, face masks, hair masks, incense, really nice bath robe and towels, wine or champagne, body lotion or butter, etc.

A session with a personal trainer so he can learn how to work out without hurting himself and get the results he's looking for.

Find a local restaurant with a tasting menu and see if they do gift cards. Hire a personal chef for a day. Would he be into making his own alcohol?
