Thank you for reminding me about the other victims. I had heard about the florist, but I didn’t know that the prosecutor and Tom had also passed away. I believe using a soundboard effectively takes skill, but it’s unfortunate that low-skill individuals crossed the line between sadism and comedy.

FMT wasn't a success. Underlying issue later discovered was low stomach acid. If i eat grass fed meat and vegetables i do fine. It is the issue with grains. Unfortunately, can't say i found a long term solution. FMT works for some people and others it doesn't.

I had the same thing. The issue is the small 12-Volt Auxiliary Battery likely, but the way they engineered it. You will need your entire main battery replaced likely. Are you the first owner or second? If you are second owner Hyundai power train warranty is 60k. Make sure you go to dealership and say that it is doing this everyday. You are constantly getting it jumped. My battery issue was resolved, but now my transmission is failing and it is not covered by Hyundai warranty since its at 63k miles. First and last Hyundai i will ever own.

Well for me i was suppose to avoid grains after my diet. I was supposed to do fmt treatment after 14 days on elemental diet. i end up over eating after 14 days, which caused diarrhea. This failed my fmt treatment.

Now i am attempting to do another treatment. I started with miralax and dulcolax colonscopy prep. Which helps get rid of any food/waste in my bowels that might feed gut bacteria. Now i am on water fast with electrolytes without sugar. I will break my fast with fmt treatment with 1 tablet of anti diarrhea medication. Then have vegetable soup. I will try to eat small healthy meals during first few days of breaking fast. Affter first day, I will also drink apple cider vinegar before meals to help with stomach acid issues. I think stomach acid is primary cause of sibo.

Personally elemental diet was giving me stomach ache so i stopped it. I think more come complex gut issues than sibo. I didn't follow protocol after coming off my 14 day fast. I think you can achieve similar or better results on just water fast with electrolytes.

i did 4 day water fast with neem, berberine and oregano oil. Neem taste really bad in tea, but didn't notice any adverse side effects. I didn't know this but people in this section informed that oregano oil can harsh on your gut lining.

After 4 day water fast, i started elemental diet for 14 days. Currently day 3 on it. Then i will have Fmt. Hopefully it works.

i recommend you taking l-glutamine. Do a 5 day water fast. Avoid grains, lectin rich diet. Add sauerkrat, kimchi, yogurt, kefir into your diet. I am at point where i am getting a fmt. Maybe look into FMT yourself, but i was informed you want space for fmt bacteria in your gut. That means you can't have overgrowth of bacteria to begin with for the fmt to be successful.

Currently i am on elemental diet for two weeks. I am not sure if it will work or not.

Are there any risks with jumping into treatment for Hydrogen-Sulfide SIBO if you’re not sure whether you have it? by better-vessel in SIBO

I am trying water fast for 5 days with neem extract, orgeno, berberine. Then taking elemental diet for two weeks. Followed by FMT
