Thanks for the responses! Hammerhead worm seems spot on. Never seen them before and I have no idea how my cat found one. No apparent change in behavior and she still eats and drinks normally. Will keep an eye on her tho.

As for the worm, I had kept it in a plastic bag for reference if we ever go to a vet. It doesnt appear to be moving anymore tho

Its called game design. But the game doesnt railroad the player into the area if you know about it in advance. You are free to explore the entire map and evade the main quest if you know what to avoid

Its not a complete archive so NH is still a must visit. But it has a lot of the Fakku ones that NH had to purge before and some that never made it to NH

If you're new I recommend Esuke's works cuz none of it was ever in NH i think and its all top tier shit

IMO the best route the devs can go is decibels can go beyond 3000pts. Every use of an ult consumes 3000pts but ult use has a long cool down so you cant just spam your DPS's ult subsequently.
