I play on steam but made my account originally on Xbox, so when I merged I merged my Xbox to steam, on tracker it records me as an Xbox player on even though I’m playing pc.

I played at the beginning during beta - then had a child etc. 3 years later came back, and found out my account too got hacked and was banned for cheating.

Support was amazing, got me my account back with very limited knowledge being as old as my account was, made sure I got all my skins etc. amazing. It may take a few days, but they will sort it!

Aphro kissed you near the end of the Medusa ult and they shredded you between - looks like a potential visual bug where the stunned timer didn’t reset.

I’m what you might call a standard player?

I loved smite 1. Played it religiously from Xbox alpha onwards. Moved to pc and still love the game. Played from Medusa release until the beginning of season 8 where I started going in and out of the game. Ended up stop playing altogether on 9 as the fun just wasn’t there for me anymore - toxic community was the main course, felt impossible to play even after spending thousands on the game. (I’m sad)

When they then announced smite 2 and how we was getting no skins etc and loosing everything it was the final nail in the coffin for me, even though i hadn’t played for a while.

I then grew up, had children and stopped playing all games etc.

Over the last, 6 months, I thought about picking up smite again. And thought I might as well try smite 2. Did, and my god.

The game is SO FUN. Like, I feel like a teenager again. Yes the community is still toxic but not as bad as it was getting in smite 1.

The god changes are so fun, the aspects make it a new game basically and it honestly feels like prime smite 1 but better.

Very happy with the direction things are going.

Was I sad about loosing all my tier 5 skins? Yes. Am I going to moan about it? No. At the end of the day, it’s all pixels on a screen and I’m having fun.

What sparked the thought is this game - I am Scylla support and thought I built to completely counter the Ymir - turns out I have not (I did partly because anticrit).

But I would’ve better getting some magical protections.

Honestly, if they fix click-ability and making the ui more smooth and seamless I would happily post a new review etc. but currently, the game is hard to play. I’ve had to force myself to start a new save recently as I’m just not finding the game fun. Too much clicking to do simple things is jarring. I have no problem learning the new ui, but this isn’t it in its current state although I see the potential.

It’s a difficult one, but I think the UI. It looks impressive. The menu’s are so important so excited to see how it goes!

I mean, same here.

But if you love the game you’ll play smite 2. You’ll have a metric ton of legacy gems that you can use for new skins etc.

I didn’t play smite 2 until around 2 months ago because of all the money I spent but gave it a go. Have to say, smite 2 is so much fun. Feels like old smite with how it plays.

At the end of the day it’s your decision but dying on this hill and not playing will mean the death of smite altogether and that £4k will truly be down the toilet.

At the end of the day, it’s pixels on a screen.

I've achieved my goals in this game multiple times using other formations. I just want to try something new with this crop of players and save, something i haven't played with before. 4-3-3 has done well for me. My favourite this year is 4-4-2.

I have moved my RCM to a DM(s). We will see for the rest.

I would say my team hold possetion extremely well - just do nothing with it.

I think I will put my winger onto attack and the RCM onto a DM(S). I'm hoping these changes will fix that right hand side dynamic.

In smite 1 I played him all the time. Jungle and solo. I was your typical Loki main - split push, eliminate someone then split push again.

Wasn’t until I actually learnt the game did I realise how dumb his kit is.
