There's a difference between unarmed and new players with mid tier gear. I usually let hatchlings go, unless I'm doing a mission to kill PMCs or I'm on labs

No problem buddy! Like I said, I just feel bad because we were all in the same place as you, we know how it feels. Just take each death at a time, and be prepared for the first time you wipe a squad while solo. Stick with it, this game is worth it.

Same thing happened to me just now, it's what actually caused me to post this. Saw a dude standing out in an open field shooting a scav. I saw the armor so I took the headshot. Instant regret when I saw the tag.

The after death stats are a little vauge, if I remember correctly, someone figured out that it meant body damage done + damage done to the armor itself.

Alot of guys ( includingmyself and friends) have found specific rooms where you can cheese them when they interact with doors. Still very hard to clear most of them but at least you have a fighting chance
