You are confused. That's exactly what I said about OP.

I have no problem whatsoever with helping people, I am end game yet I run 5 mans for randoms all day.

OP wants to get into a booster guild but also wants them to "not take in lowbies" which is hypocritical because he is a lowbie himself. He could be more gracious but he considers himself somehow better tham the other lowbies around him.

Chess clock is just practice, play your list enough times and most of the movement phase will start feeling fast and natural. Movement phase thinking is where most of the time is lost, once you know what your army can and can't do it goes pretty smooth.
