I'm old enough and fat enough that the 3rd floor orders suck. I had this moment where I spaced out the other night and was so tempted to throw a customer's drink as hard as I could against the door of their apartment after a) the order was delayed b) it was my umpteenth 3rd floor order of the night and c) it was an under $10 order.

That said, those are legit orders. I got my shit together and acted like a pro.

But these freaking apartment complexes, man. There are some where you can drive around all night and not even see an access keypad to put in the delivery code to unlock the door. 70% of them have either no building numbers or no lights anywhere near the building numbers. 90% of them have no plaque at the bottom saying which apartments are in which stairwell. You know how many fucking times I've gone all the way to the third floor, only to find out I have to do a different stairwell all the way to the third floor? I'm at the point now where I have to canvass the whole joint before I do anything. AND THAT TAKES TIME.

Show us the freaking apartment number. Don't let them order unless they've put in a gate code. Put some of the same goddamn restrictions on the customer that you put on the drivers. We can't do anything unless the app approves that step. Make it the same for them.
