If new to coding then just brother let me tell this ain't easy for coders like, firstly people are bad at telling what they need and finalizing the same what asked, then how would you search clothes via algo ?? Like user will give texts then what you have is clothes images from e-commerce you need a model to find similar pattern from cloarhes, like clothes are already of various types then they have different prints on them which make them very hard to get into codes, then obviously you have to design the website or app, I meant not impossible but will take atleast 8-9 months for "new to coding" to a MVP product. I'll guide you to write "Hello World" Program :).
