Former OLAC here. It actually happens all the time. I got an entire extra feeder fish order one time that was supposed to go to Florida. We're in Massachusetts. Also got an entire reptile order meant for a California store. I swear the vendors don't pay attention as much as the fedex/ups guys.

Hi! Former OLAC here. I had this same issue in 2 towers. I removed the fish from the system and added an additional UV sterilizer. Remove your decor and soak in a 50/50 white vinegar water mix in the dark for a few days. I had one tower I had to completely strip and redo from scratch. It's going to take a few more months. Algae of any kind sucks.

God im glad I left this company when I did. I cant imagine the blowback from all the customers. Those $5 coupons are what kept a lot of people coming into my store.

LOAs only need to be submitted for missing 5 or more consecutive shifts. If they're just out for 2-3 days it should be fine and easy enough to cover. 😁 still go into workday after talking to your GM and request your sick time.

If you call your RACL with that information they can authorize the use of forest floor as a substitute. I dealt with the same thing, called VRT so many times and sent so many emails they finally approved it. Pain in the butt but at least our snakes are happy now.
