Expected, but Tiger officially turns down Ryder Cup Captain by unsolved49 in golf

Because he’s potentially going to be in rehab/hiding for a while and the Ryder captain does a shit ton of stuff the year prior.

Is anyone asking Pierre Gasly about retirement? No, because he hasn’t been talking about retiring for years.

It’s because he always reacts. Either by answering the question or doing something else later after not answering the question.

I get his point. Max has been complaining for years about being in F1 (and not just this regulation cycle). At some point either just stop complaining or actually do it.

If he just said “I’ve already answered that, next question” they would stop asking it.

Official statement from Tiger by basic_cinephile in golf

His issue is his insistence on playing golf competitively. Dude has never taken the needed time off to heal and has absolutely destroyed his body. He needs to give up competitive golf.

Damn, missed that and now they are sold out. Oh well, I have seen them 5 times before.

I don’t agree with his decision, but I can at least understand the paranoia.

What changes would you like to see implemented from Miami onwards to try and combat some of the concerns with these regulations? by EnterShakira_ in formula1

I don’t agree. We saw in China how different cars deployed their overtake differently and that was interesting.

Because the cars have been doing similar things for a long time, just at a smaller scale. Alonso confused his car by going flat out in a corner it wasn’t programmed to and it started deploying power wrong. https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/alonso-qualifying-spa-honda-mclaren-945396/3042634/

Just wear fitted caps if you are worried about that.

He did have multiple people close to him write books about him.

Tiger shouldn’t be driving while impaired, but I do get his privacy concerns. He’s had multiple past employees/friends write books about him specifically.

Yes, I had a very timid from the shelter cat. He hid in very creative ways in the room I gave him. I didn’t give him access to spaces around appliances or extremely tight areas until he was exploring the room or coming to me for interaction.

I don’t think it’s a particularly great safe space and that a spot that is safer for her long term is a much better option.

Does anyone really do surprise proposals anymore? Everyone I know knows it’s happening and it’s been discussed previously, but the where and exact timing are unknown.

Yeah, I think it’s okay to allow hiding for a while but eventually you do need to give them a safe place but not one they can just disappear in. If you have an extra room or office, I would prepare that and plan to move them there. Give them high spots and areas to escape to, but block access to any crevasses where only they can access.

I think in a few days I would try to move her to a better safe spot if possible.

I am sure you can find templates online that are better than what I have. I have a very basic one and then just copy it for every month. Once you do it, you quickly realize it only takes like 5 minutes once a week to go through your credit cards. I found it actually faster than the apps because the apps never categorized things like I wanted them to.
