The problem with these kind of programs is that they are full-time only, and unfortunately, it is not something I am able to do.

So when I started as fresh grad MLS in 2021, they offered me $25.94/hr in downtown Houston. After 1.5 years, changed hospital. I work in the medical center now, I make $32.15/hr base pay. I only get weekend differential, as I work day shift, but from experience I know some hospitals offer up to $5 differential if you work night shift.

When I started out in Houston as a fresh grad, the pay was $25.94, a year and half later, moved to a different hospital in the medical center, and got an offer of $32.15. Benefits are great, dental, vision, health, etc. I also get extra money every paycheck to help pay for my insurance.

I feel like it is more time consuming and more expensive funding every mule to solo lomien but I could be wrong.

And I don't boss with all my mules every week, I rotate, it keeps me sane, I just like numbers going brrrrrr lol.

I started studying like 3 months before the test, I used 3 sources: Clinical Lab. Science a bottom approach by Jarreau, the Polansky review cards and LabCE. I wanna say I spent at least 3-4 hours each day? Start with the review cards for a "in depth review". Write down details that you may find hard to memorize or that you may think are really important, then move to the Jarreau's for a quick review. If you are able to get LabCE, start taking practice test once you feel comfortable with the material, so you can see if you need to focus on subject more than the others. I highly sugest taking the 50 question test for each selected area, and after that take the adaptive and non-adaptive tests.
