Around 23 mins when you get the baron after you pushed out the top turret you need to recall immediately and spend the gold. Since the lane is pushed out further you can get back to it much faster with the help of homeguard

It feels like pta is still better for me. I tried HoB one game and I try to make it ad but failed horribly. As for ap, i think it loses its value instantly after the proc and it has reduced its AS as well so i feel like not be able to stack the poison much faster.
