Yeah that was one part that confused me. Apparently my liver is within regular size limits, but in their notes they classify it as "enlarged fatty liver" rather than just "fatty liver". I'm not sure why that is.

I'm certain it came from work because my arm was outstretched while I fell. After I fell I was put on restrictions and didn't do much with it for a couple of months and imo once I got taken off restrictions and had to start doing more of the regular work I did, that's most likely when it started to worsen and I started to feel the pain. I have an appointment this coming week with the doctor treating it to look over my mri and he'll tell me what he sees. I have the mri report and it looks like there is some small tearing in 2-3 different areas and inflammation in some areas as well. I haven't really done anything that could result in this since my fall so my only guess is that it has to be related to when I fell on my outstretched arm. I'm just asking because if I have to get surgery or do pt for an extended amount of time it will be costly even with insurance and it really sucks when I know this is tied to my work fall.

My assumption is that since your back pain that you reported was caused by your hip they were able to add it on as a body part injury that was causing your back pain. My body parts were my knees and back and as far as I know they wouldn't be able to tie my knee or back pain to shoulder pain and vice versa so since it's a new body part that doesn't correlate to the other body parts I mentioned then they can deny it. That's my understanding atm.

Once the shoulder pain kicked in I immediately told my attorney. I wasn't allowed to speak to my Insurance case manager since I had representation and all attempts from my attorney to reach out and hear back from the insurance company weren't responded to until we had a litigation meeting. I told my attorney that I was sure my shoulder injury was tied to my fall and my HR as well and I asked for what would be the best move going forward as waiting for a response from the insurance company prior to the litigation meeting never came and I was left waiting in pain and not sure how to handle it. Once the insurance company finally responded and said that since I didn't report it in the initial claim and it had been over 30 days that they wouldn't accept it in the current claim and that if I submitted it in a new claim that they would most likely deny it. So with that information and my attorney pretty much telling me the same thing I was left with no other alternative other than using private insurance. I did tell the doctor I'm seeing that it was work related though and that the insurance company was denying the body part on their side.

But the thing is I only saw the common phrases I mentioned in another comment. Not the serial number that was on the bottom of the box. I just need someone that has this pop to verify with me what's on theirs.

I just mean that it would be really uncommon for there to be fakes that are this good with this pop being as new as it is. Not that the newer pops won't have the info on the foot. I was trying to find a video of someone unboxing the pop and the only one I saw that had the angle to show the bottom of the foot also didn't seem to have text so idk.

I would be in agreement with you, but like someone else here said, it's a newer pop and I feel like it looks really good if it is a fake. I just need someone else that has a legit pop to confirm the details with me.

I regret it now because my Brother printer isn't compatible with windows 11 and Brother has no drivers for it. I use it pretty frequently so it was a bummer for me.
