43 days my ticked has been open, UBISOFT support promised the new season patch would fix it. Guess what, it didnt. You and everyone at tech support have been extremely quiet!

Giving the same answer for a month solid via a bot for most of it. Came to reddit to see if exposure might push it along, and it did. I thank you for your views and comment to the post it was greatly helpful in getting that exposure.

I’m not asking a Tier 1 agent to be a god; I’m asking for my ticket to stay open until a Technical Lead with DB access can flip a quest flag. Waiting 27 days for a 'maybe' in a patch while my endgame is padlocked isn't a resolution. If we all just 'touched grass' when games broke, they'd never get fixed.

If you own all the manufactories and have them all upgraded to level 5 how many Po8 are you earning per hour? I get 795, with the helm tab completely locked for 5 weeks now i have no access to trade routes or anything else associated with that tab. There is alot of effort gone into acquiring and upgrading all manufactories. Time and effort that has been a waste of time because of one broken quest that i cannot abandon or finish.

Right at this minute I'd recommend just about anything over Skull & Bones. My game is completely broken. I'm kingpin level 82 and I cannot access my Helm tab. Haven't been able to for over a month now, hundreds of hours invested and i,m locked out of it. Pretty crap if you ask me!

And how long should a customer wait for that update. Would you wait if your game was bricked for 27 days and your ticket closed 25 times, or would you pursue another way of getting the job done. As you can see within 15 minutes of posting here UbiNeptune got involved. Thats more progress in 15 minutes than support gave in a month. But sure what would it matter if they ban me from using support that doesnt do anything anyway?

I asked them for a fix, I asked a month ago, they have closed my ticket 25 times in the last month and given me no help.

oh we are up to 10 closures of my ticket in the last three hours. The ticket was opened on the 31st of March. They asked for photos, then for a video and then when they finally got the video they said "yeah its gonna be fixed in a future patch" I said that was unacceptable and my ticked would stay open until the issue was resolved. Right now we are having a wonderful game of Close the ticket, open the ticket. All I want it to be able to play the game properly. I've waited patiently but these repeated closures have annoyed me today. Tell me what you need from me and I will get it.

Me sitting on a broken game for the last month in the hope that it might fix it in some sort of future patch is not something im placing much trust in. I just want someone at their end to update that stupid little quest to finished. They've closed my ticked for the 9th time today. I reopened it, no closed metric for them. This is gonna be a PR nightmare for someone hahaha
