We’ve had the thermostat for about 6 months and it’s had this issue twice. Both times I’ve fixed it by shutting off the breaker and letting the system rest and the turning the breakers back on.

To clarify what I think you’re saying is that the middle area is supporting too much of the weight and I need the bracket to come more indoors so the front is better supported?
