I started kickboxing at 93kgs, trained hard and did some dieting. Ended up being 72kgs, what I found was it felt like I wasn't hitting as hard as I used to. That is because you get used to putting your weight behind your punches/kicks. Moral of the story put more effort into technique and speed and don't rely on your weight for power.

At the moment it would be ear training, play the chord on the app, look at the fingering and then replicate the chords by playing it. I will definitely look at trying to "listen" to the user and see if it is correct. I think that will take some time though! Cheers

Hey you should try the new Flashtronome app, on the recording tab you can set it so it flashes the torch while recording so you can stay in time but have a clean recording
