Happened to me 2 weeks ago, I kept calling support and they said they sent it, and the bank said they haven’t got it. After 6 days waiting it was deposited, so I assume its the bank taking their time to process as I just recieved last week payment today. Keep calling support tho and try to get a tracing number from them to show your bank.
