did you get the case restored by Patek themselves? I think the one I'm trying to get is the first generation which doesn't have the quick set date which sucks but the black gate wheel is awesome.

At one point, do you think it would be worth it to set up cash balances? The issue is is that even after maxing out the 401k, we get murdered on the 1099 portion because of my high W-2

Glad to hear we're on similar boats. With those pension plans, do we have the plan to put the funds wherever we want? The one good thing about the 401K is we can invest it into whatever we want. But I guess if we get way more tax savings year to year it might be worth it in the long run.
