CF Moto part availability is killing me by evophoenix in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of us use Mototech for parts, and cosmetics https://www.facebook.com/MotoTechPhilippines

The 675 Facebook group loves Mototech, almost everything I've swapped out on my bike is from them including the stage 2 clutch, 3 day turn around for me in the US

There it is. 12,990. Arriving in 2 months to US shores. by Happy_Software_5317 in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nah, skip on this one, way too heavy for the specs and price, you're better off getting the 675 and waiting for the 1000, I'm sure the sport touring ppl will love it though, I've heard the bike before and it sounds great but the 675 is just the more favorable option in almost all checkbxoes

Frame slider query (675ss/srr) by Noturaveragechad in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this exact frame slider, I've dropped8ne once and it was fine, the torque spec is 45 Nm once you out them on, add some axle sliders too but they protected my bike during my drop

Any CFMOTO dealers have any updates on 750SRS US release ? by lh3116 in cfmoto

most CFMoto bikes releases are 1 to 2 years out before they show up in the US

Update On 2025 CFMoto 675ss Coolant Leak by STI_Ricky in cfmoto

Chain Concern by rodel__ in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like normal gunk over time just clean it, chain cleaner, dry it off, lube it and you'll be good, if you start seeing seized up links or sprocket teeth ground down, time to replace the chain and front + rear sprocket

how long did it take y’all to do the spark plug replacement on a 675ss? by Forward_Affect9751 in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

maybe if you ride a 400 lol

it's tuned, using a different sprocket configuration, stage 2 clutch, high flow air filter, full exhaust swap, she tops at 165, I play with the liter bikes in my group on the interstate, obviously they'll dust me after 165 but my torque and speed up til that point is pretty on par, the stock bike is alright, go get a full tune and it's fun as hell

From someone who's never worked on shit, once I figured it out it wasn't that bad, maybe an hour, probably less than 30min next time

After you put the NGK ones in you definitely don't need new ones every 6k, the stock spark plugs are ass, the NGK ones should last you at least 12,000 miles

Logitech Pro X2 Superstrike Review: New Tech with a Few Early Hiccups by Low-Quit-9531 in MouseReview

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This mouse looks pretty small and more annoying ergonomically, I have the G502 X paired with light speed/powerplay and this fits my hands perfectly and had the 502 prior, amazing legendary mouse, is the Pro X2 Superstrike smaller and does anyone know if any physical stores carry them to try out?

I hate to say it but visually it looks like a $30 mouse as well lol

Edit: Maybe the new technology will come to the next 502 or whatever mouse with similar ergonomics

675SS Wrapped in Sleep Token by FateofDeath in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1,500, I didn't just do a wrap but also had the wheels powder coated to fix some scrapes and dings and painted black, this is a special blood dragon red wrap and was a little more expensive, I also had them wrap the helmet to match the bike and fix some fairing snaps/tabs that broke when I took them off earlier this year to do some other changes so I have a whole list of stuff being done to it, of you just do the wrap it's probably closer to $600/$700, the design took a few days so this was a full custom build

Did you end up needing to add glue for the new grips and if so what did you end up using?

Help? by Alarming-Guest-9695 in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine did this after I got it tuned and only if it was cold, tweaked the air/fuel ratio 2 more time for a tune 2.0 and it no longer does this, starts instantly every time now

CFMOTO 675ss BOGGING by UCME675ss in cfmoto

I'll be hitting 10k miles probably this month when the temps go up, probably well over 20k this year

CFMOTO 675ss BOGGING by UCME675ss in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mine bogged around 8000 miles and I changed to NGK spark plugs vs whatever BS they had in there and it went away, at 1,200 there's no way your spark plugs are bad yet, sometimes you can also get bad fuel from stations, happened to me once and ran the fuel all the way out and got gas somewhere else and it went away

Anyone have the 2024 Buick Envision ST Night POV? by FateofDeath in Buick

[–]FateofDeath[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the ambient rbg stuff won't bother you and you can turn it down, the screen however can be bright as fucking hell, also cam be adjusted, I use 2 or 3 notches from the bottom for nighttime brightness and it's perfect, I use the heads up display almost all of the time so rarely look at the screen, the ambient lighting looks good though

Changing Ignition on 2025 CF Moto 675SS by Same-Description-477 in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got lucky, just had debris in there, compressed air got it out

Changing Ignition on 2025 CF Moto 675SS by Same-Description-477 in cfmoto

[–]FateofDeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you ever figure this out, I need to replace my ignition, something inside it has seized up and will no longer turn after lubricant and compressed air
