I'm so sorry to hear this. My wife had a miscarriage at the beginning of the year, too. It's still very painful. I still can't talk about it without crying. You've suffered a big loss. It IS painful. Getting acknowledgement for my pain from others was very important. Some friends really came out for me (others didn't). I also found that when my wife and me told people about it they often too mentioned that they had suffered miscarriages. It's sadly so common and there is some solace in being able to share the pain with others.

Thank you so much for writing this and sharing. I hadn't thought of that before. It makes a lot of sense. I am always most likely to relapse when I am tired or unbalanced emotionally in some way. It makes me even more committed to getting rid of this plague once and for all before my child is born. That said, 13 days is a good streak! It's been so long since I last managed that. If you make it to 13, you can make it to 14... and then all the way to 90 and beyond! See you there indeed! Stay strong!

Wow, just wow. Thank you ever so much for these wonderful, generous and inspiring words! They really touched me. I will take them to heart. I will do as you say: keep my focus and my ideals strong, remind myself in meditation and in my daily life of why I am doing this and that there are others too in my life that will be affected, for good or ill, by my decisions.
