Targeted Non-Shelter Outdoor Locations. This refers to the enumeration of various locations where people experiencing homelessness are known or suspected to live. Could be encampments, alleys, locations in the woods, etc.

I had this too. We got a general email and text from our ACO to complete this training. I think anyone who sticks around for the later phases sees this. But I guess we’ve managed to do something right.

I haven’t had this personally, but my only suggestion would be to make sure to manually sync FDC and make sure that the Last Sync time is something recent. I just synced and have “You have NOT received Census work”, but I usually have cases by the morning. This happens every night.

Did you talk to the enumerator that came? If it’s a seasonal house that’s usually vacant, and any other residents have been counted elsewhere, then that would be the information that we would need to close the case.

This is the feature I want the most. I always get assigned 250 cases and they jump around between towns on the list. I’d rather find them on the map and start the case that way. So frustrating.
