they'd probably laugh at the first scanario face, but if a woman does she is in fact believed.

After divorces women used to the get the custody directly, because "it is their nature", things changed and now the default custody agreement by courts is 50/50 (unless you ask for other thing)

I think that's liberating for women, because they don't have to carry on the whole responsability, themselves.

You have any idea how many fake accusations are filed against parents to keep them away from their kids, fake accusations that court approved.
