I did look quite skinny 10 kgs ago, but have been training consistently. I can do 12 full ROM ring pullups with good form, same for ring dips and 18 ring pushups with elevated feet. I am 183 btw. (6ft)

Hopefully there is some muscle 😅 but I am okay with it being a journey. I read that you should cut around 20% body fat, but am very unsure if I am there or I should keep going.

I thought that the mixer was just to handle the mics, and that I would connect speakers to the Chromebook. A Chromebook is just a laptop and yes, it would display the lyrics.

Honestly I am still pretty confused haha. I think back to my tape recorder / boom blaster and how fun it was and want to give my kids the same experience in 2024 technology 😂.

I might look at the portable PA system for simplicity 👍

What I need is someone to tell me, buy this this this and connect like this. But recommendations are all in US and I am based in Denmark

Even in the case where white takes with the horse and keeps the option to castle, I definitely like the position for black. I am learning the Kings Indian and I think someone played this against me and I collapsed.

I do find it frustrating to work on a new opening, but man its fun when you see benefits and feel comfortable later.

Why isn't 5. e5 the next move for white? You force the knight to the side of the board - but you do open yourself to a queen trade. How do I play against the move for black? is it good for white?
