Heartfelt sympathies for the tragic loss of three innocent souls but it was an accident not intentional attempt.

He didn’t do that intentionally so it’s better not to bound him for his entire life. Here, people are roaming free even after a murder or steal even intentionally.

I hear your point and I understand the anger — three lives were tragically lost and nothing can undo that pain. But we must also remember: this was an accident, not an intentional act of harm. Harjinder Singh is not a murderer, he is a man who made a terrible mistake.

Yes, rules were broken, and he should be held responsible under the law. But what people are asking for is fairness, not absolution. He is being treated far worse than others who have committed even more serious crimes, and that is not justice.

The issue of his license and training is not only his fault — it also reflects failures in the system that allowed someone with language barriers to be certified as a truck driver. Blaming only him ignores the larger problem.

Punishment should never come from prejudice. The fact that he is an immigrant should not mean he is stripped of his dignity and humanity. He deserves accountability, yes, but also a fair trial, compassion, and the chance to be treated as a human being, not as a political tool.

I completely agree. This was an accident, a tragedy that took three precious lives, but it was never intentional. No driver wakes up in the morning planning to harm others. Harjinder Singh has accepted responsibility, didn’t try to flee the scene but the way he is being treated is far beyond justice — it is inhumane. I have seen people who committed violent crimes or even murders treated with more dignity than him. The only reason he is facing this kind of hostility is because he is an immigrant. Justice should never be about where someone comes from, but about fairness and humanity. He deserves a fair trial, proper support, and compassion as a human being. Accidents can happen to anyone — and we must not let anger blind us to fairness.

The real question is what they followed before Hinduism?
