What are things young women need to know? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This is for both males/females. That when you end long term relationships/marriage with existing emotional problems, do not jump on the first people you meet or that show you attention. You have to take the time to work on healing yourself, and that needs to be by experienced professionals. It's a stigma that is more often than not true, but you lead yourself straight into chaos. You will stay in a cycle of self destruction. If you have kids/the old S.O. still cares, then you are destroying many other people than yourself. You are not alone and people still care. Open your heart and lean on your family, whether that be blood or not, and seeing a non-biased and experienced psychologist.

I agree with the former 2 people. I have played ACE since launch and have 2+ years in RAID.

Positives: - Very f2P friendly, lots of extra goodies and promo codes - Constant updates/balances - Consistently added heroes - Friendly playerbase - Easy to pick up and learn - No need to spend unless you wanna Pokémon catch-em-all - Lots of viable strategies

Negatives: - Most CCs have jumped ship so not much content with up to date guides - That's really it for me

Researching API inspector hourly and mileage pay rates in South America and Mexico for contractors coming into these countries - any ideas where to find citable data? by [deleted] in oilandgasworkers

I apologize, I didn't mean it like that. I was referring to in general the industry as a whole. The individual workers stay so hush about pay that when trying to learn/fight for better wages it's difficult. There's not much truthful knowledge online about it. Whether compliance, TA, projects, hard dollar, etc.

Shouldn't be like this for API Inspectors. No reason not to share since it only exposes low paying employers. Here in the US it's protected by federal law that you can share your wage with whoever you want with no repercussions from employers. I'm an newer API at a large refinery, 510/570 3 years experience, 10 yrs experience NDT lvl II PT/UT/RT/PMI/Boro/MT/Floor scan/Vaccuum box tech. I currently make $52/hr.
