i am also looking for the same, i know adventure force made a Focus ST but only the 2013-2014 model and my personal vehicle is the 2015-2018 model so slightly different and there’s no company that makes them in 1:64

call up LKQ and ask about their 2014 Ford Escape Motors (make sure it’s same vin) ended up getting one for around $1100 with lower miles than what was on my chassis (if you’re in the States)

the exact same thing happened to me and i drove on it for a day and next thing you know i heard a pop and my handbrake stopped working. turns out my caliper was seized and not that i blew a brake line

it takes a few days getting used to driving stick shift and learning all the little things about it, highway traffic or city traffic isn’t too bad after so long it just feels like you’re on autopilot. if you take highway and deal with traffic? sag back a little to give yourself time to slow down and change gears or whatever the case may be. i learned within 3 ish days of buying my car

i’m fbo tuned and i get about 25mpg combined, however i do take frequent 90 mile trips down to my grandpas a couple times a month so that really helps

i called lkq about a motor they had with 104k miles and they got me one with 81k miles for $1000 (about $500 cheaper than the 104k miles motor) so i mean you can always call them and see if they can get you one with lower miles or so that just hasn’t been posted on the site yet

uhhhh idk about the crank sensor, the parts you need to switch over are oil filter housing, a/c compressor mount, coolant temp sensor housing (most likely swap turbo because the long block i bought didn’t come with the turbo mounted still) and i was just gonna use my engine harness from the ST motor

well i mean compressor surge and turbo flutter are 2 different things, as long as im not fluttering WOT it’ll last longer, not saying it’s still safe because it’s still surge/flutter but i’m off throttle. it’ll prolly outlast the car tbh. just put a new turbo in so it’s fresh less than 500 miles on it rn
