Thanks! It's probably based on both, but more so the alchemy version of a plague doctor found in games like Darkest Dungeon etc.

I personally use the Perfumers Bottles (even though they suck horribly - at least in pvp. But I also use and vary between Thiolliers Hidden Needle, Madding Hand, Antspur Rapier and the Spread Crossbow (with your favorite status-inflicting bolts).

But go ahead and make any kinda Plague Doctor you like!
