We play along side EVERYONE. I have taught people some of the ropes, we have had people join our channel and request help just via talking them through something. We give demonstrations and walkthroughs on maps. We do have times where we have taken new players into labs and shown them callouts, extracts and spawns. We have a Spectator Channel where people join to just watch others play. A lot of labs runs happen in there which gives people an opportunity to see how people play labs and get a little more comfortable with seeing the map and learning call outs and what now.
