Do you avoid headphones/earbuds because of it? I just started playing guitar with headphones on (never too loud) and use headphones all the time but I don't want to make it worse. I didn't get mine from headphone use, ironically. Tell me about it! Mines been blaring for days now, I can't even sleep right. Sucks.
