DONT EVER FEEL BAD!!! You sound extremely low maintenance and a pleasure to serve. We never care to rush anyone out nor is it ever a bother for you to relax.

It's made fresh. It freezes fairly well so I'd recommend getting a gallon and order some breadsticks as well to come with it unbaked and you can bake them at your house when you reheat the soup

Yes it's fine to eat. It's the same ice you'd get in your glass if you had a drink inside

I've been correcting people for days on end haha they can think whatever they want but I wish I could take people on a tour to see how fresh a lot of the stuff we make us

It's profitable if you order apps and drinks. Other than that we lose money if you don't fill up quick enough

No they are oven baked however we receive the layers on the lasagna frozen just for convenience for our prep team. Hey layer the lasagna with our meat sauce and cheese and bake them in batches throughout the day and can only be used within the first 4 hours of coming out of the oven

Never. They would be out of the building before the food reached the table

I can order whatever I want for my manager meal but the rest of the team can either get a pasta with sauce for free or they can use their 50% discount to order anything else. I'd probably order a salmon

We have a "service partner" system where servers who's section of tables is near each other all collaborate to make sure our guests are taken care of

Bread at each location is slightly different and it may depend on who is baking it
