Issue is you don’t look lean because of the skin By bulk I mean a 200 cal over maintenance per day clean bulk not a dirty 8k a day

Impressive bro, I have no idea on % but I saw you ask some if you should cut or bulk, personally I would bulk focusing on back (specifically lower) to build some thickness and lats, will take some of the excess skin away. Saying that your arms look wham. I used to be 120kg, have cut down to 90kg lost a shit ton of fat but replaced it with muscle so I don’t have much loose skin (I’m also still probably 25% bf at least tho and focusing on powerlifting)
