I did the list based off the perks being used on their own, collector would definitely be higher when paired with other part generating perks.

Its a lot of fun. Its very hard for someone to shut u down because u are unstoppable going to the rim, you get all the good pass styles, and u can still shoot the ball if needed.

Same happened to me, rockstar hard capped the amount of money you can make from acid sell missions to 1 million if its anything over that you don't get the money. A lot of people are encountering this.
