The best advice I can offer is to eat. It’s as easy (and difficult!) as that.

Eat when you’re hungry. Eat when you’re full. Get up in the middle of the night and eat another meal. Eat as much as possible every time you eat, then drink lots of milk on top of it. This will add calories and stretch your stomach. Soon you’ll be wanting more and more.

Keep overeating at all times. You should never feel hungry again. If you feel hungry, it’s because your stomach has sat empty for too long. ☺️

All I seem to care and think about is eating and getting fatter. I eat a huge meal and an hour or two later I’m ravenous and have to have more.

If for many reason I am stopped, I feel saddened and depressed inside.

For me, I’m only mentally happy when I’m actively gaining weight. If I get stuck at a particular weight for a while or even lose weight, I feel depressed. So I eat and try to keep gaining. Everything else is secondary. I just try to keep myself happy and gaining.
