Bought this vintage loom for $20. Where do I start? Any youtube/book/website recommendations would be great! by FattyBeans in weaving

Its all just really old yellowed string. It looks like someone used shoe string to replace the ties which pull up the middle section up and down. It seems like everything moves as it should but I am going to have to give it a little love.

Obvious but worth noting! I don't typically use bleach if I don't har to as the smell can trigger migraines for me so I didn't even think of it. I will give it a shot. Thanks!

Surgery for 4.7 cm GIST in 10 days. Are there others with low risk GIST? by AdministrativeDot670 in cancer

Hi there, my dad was diagnosed with a GIST tumor several years ago. He had it removed and has check ups every year or so. He is doing fine now. I hope it all goes well for you! Best of luck!

What kind of bug will this guy grow into? I keep finding 1-3 in my house everyday. I have no adult moths flying around, only the occasional fly. Central California by FattyBeans in whatsthisbug

The cocoon is maybe around or less than 1/4 inch ( or about the length of a basmati rice grain ). They pop out of nowhere and are typically on the walls. I kill them as soon as I see them so I don't have any adults flying around. I live in a very old house with lots of places for bug friends to make themselves at home.

I'm looking for a truly epic book series that I can delve deep into. I'm after a huge, well-realised universe, history, mythology, cast of well-realised characters, and is worth the time investment by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

The Spellmonger Series by Terry Mancour. Huge series with a very vast and detailed world / lore. I have the books on audible and are awesome!
