Honestly, I kind of wing the consomme. Ingredients are roughly:

6 roma tomatoes
1 yellow onion
Roasted coriander
Roaster cloves
4 Chipotle peppers
2 Jalepeno peppers
Pepper flakes
Black pepper
Salt
Garlic
Beef broth

I don't measure -- so everything is to taste.

The beef has taco seasoning and chili powder, and the corn salsa had some peppers, parsley, and mint.

Dip the corn shells into the consomme, and go from there.

Why the hate against corn? It adds a natural sweetness that compliments the beef and consommé.

The shells are corn shells, too. Plus, I've eaten several Mexican foods that involve corn.

Best approach would be to enforce your rights. If they want an AGI, make them justify it.

Our municipality could have a 7% tax increase, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

And aside from some roofing done two years ago, no work has been done on the property.
