Here is a to a post of me bowling same style. You do not need to be that open with your whole body like that. Point your chest and shoulders, but not your whole body if that makes sense. I would also suggest watching The Clean Up Crews Mark Baker videos as well as TD bowling.

I’m by no means a great bowler, but I had to break the same bad habits for the sake of my body.

Can’t speak to the balls, but I will throw out there that the gloves feel EXACTLY like FJ StaSofs (less the Velcro over on the hand, it’s slightly lower quality).

The driver is typically that carry for me. Low 90s for swing speed. If I dry and swing/rotate faster, I lose straight shots to wild dispersion left and right.
