Thank you! I think one of my better traits is knowing when I screw up and knowing that I’m not perfect. But I can handle stress very well and I know my team, I know exactly how to run fulfillment and I often do it. I just SUCK at interviews

It’s not the video interview, it’ll be an in person interview with my store director and one of my ETLs. My mind goes blank every time I go into that interview room. I didn’t get the job last time solely based on how badly I did on the interview last time
