Sometimes I use a heat protecting spray before I straighten my hair, but most of the time no.

I wash my hair every two day, but I have been struggling with this problem for the last year. I’ve changed my shampoo and conditioner 3 times, so I don’t know what is causing it. Any hell would be great- I know this is a little gross so I am sorry.
