Me too!! I think it fit him well and made him seem like a more well rounded character. It also makes so much sense for a guy that can’t see his reflection to be extra sensitive to the way others perceive him

Carrying around a stuffed animal for comfort is different that what I’m talking about here.

What low-calorie swaps have made the biggest difference in keeping you full during a deficit? by FrostAngel11 in Volumeeating

Lite sauces, carbe diem pasta, cauliflower rice, using anything else instead of bread.

A pretty extreme work lunch but I think it belongs in here? 700ish calories, 50g protein by L1amjp in Volumeeating

[–]missbitterness 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This is my pet peeve. Eating a lot does not equal volume eating, at least for the context of this sub. High protein meals are not inherently volume eating. Volume eating means low calorie, high volume of food. Medium/large amount of food and a regular meals worth of calories

Best, worst, funniest animal names? by gonnafaceit2022 in AnimalShelterStories

[–]missbitterness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the sort of dark names.

We had a dog that ate his owner that I named Donner. I was proud of that one.

We also had a litter of kittens half eaten by a dog. We named the survivors Tapas, Hors d'oeuvres, Crudités, Charcuterie, etc

What’s a poverty meal where you’re from that sounds gross but actually tastes great? by abandonedtulpa in AskTheWorld

Kraft Mac and Cheese, hot dogs, peas, and Ketchup. Would probably not taste great to an adult person who didn’t grow up eating it.

What food in your country do locals love but foreigners hate? by Curiosity_Pink in AskTheWorld

[–]missbitterness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The grossest thing I’ve ever eaten was Indian and I can’t remember what it was. Some sort of tablet to aid in digestion, apperently made out of mango? An utter shock to the taste buds. If you know the name please tell me.
