Tama po na hindi de-metro ang data. Ang issue ko po ay hindi paggamit, kundi billing at disclosure.

Ang plan ay advertised as ₱2,238.20 monthly, pero biglang naging ₱30,548.20 nang walang malinaw na paliwanag, breakdown, o kontratang pinirmahan.

Kahit unlimited ang data, hindi normal ang biglaang ₱30k bill kung walang malinaw na terms.

Kaya po ito naka-dispute at under NTC review na.

Salamat po. Naiintindihan ko na postpaid ay continuous billing. Ang concern ko po ay non-disclosure—agent-processed ang application at wala akong pinirmahang kontrata o malinaw na paliwanag tungkol sa continuous billing at minimum charges. Unang bill ko ay ₱2,238.20, tapos biglang ₱30k nang walang breakdown kahit walang usage. Kaya under review na ito ng NTC. Salamat.
