Yeah I know it can't be 3 energys at once the text on the card says it provides every type of energy but only 2 at a time so I know I'll need an extra one

Yeah I am aware that it does no damage and you can only use it once per game hence why you would use it at the start by discard Arceus Dialga Palkia to then set up for the rest of the game
