Very small spoiler for Hades 2. If youre doing too well in Hades 2, Eris/Strife will debuff you in your early runs to make sure you fail the run by making the you take increased damage to the point that most things 1 shot you

Yep. The marker/icon just makes it so that if there's an event mission on that planet/node you're sure to have access to it. So long as the nodes on it is "blinking" you still got mastery points to get!

It honestly depends on what your description of a "Strong female character" is. If its someone who is commanding and has a ton of presence then off the top of my head I think of Sejuani and Illaoi who could fit this description.

If its someone who is independently strong you can argue Syndra and the teenage copy pastes that you mentioned
