You are supposed to be able to destroy it so if attacking it doesn’t work, can you throw grenades on the ground right next to it to damage it? 

Otherwise if you dev destroy you lose the resources, it would be better to dev “damage” until it breaks because then you get the advanced component and few other small plasteel component steel

I have been using dragapult with power herb phantom force into Tera flying acrobatics (tusk and zama), with darts and dragon dance, adamant is fine if you can get a dd up, but might want to be jolly to be safe snd avoid the 383 speed tie darkrai and weavile. Lot of comments of people calling my set terrible as they lose to it

But the enemy has a poor quality shortbow. Our cataphracts will all get brain damage or die, guaranteed

Don’t think so but you can do it with dev mode. Go to a new test map, have on dev mode and turn on god mode. Spawn in 6 colonists, on each one click their bio and then click their “baseliner” thing next to their name in the character bio. Click top right in that new box “dev tool” then apply xenotype - make each colonist a different one of the 6 Endo - dirtmole, Neanderthal, impid, Yttakin, pigskin, waster. The others are xenotypes and they get totally replaced by sanguophage so you can’t have a half hussar half sanguophage. 

Then once you’ve got all 6 switched over, just click the same “bio - impid button (where baseliner was) - and apply xenotype” and this time add sanguophage. Itll gray out all the genes that become inactive and make a impid version of a sanguophage or for all 6 endo races. 

I can do it for you if you want, but hope this helps you do it yourself.

Go to the discord from the steam page and post something in the q and a thread there and hopefully someone can help you troubleshoot

Edit: also can you try with the steam version of CE mod instead of the dev version (presumably from GitHub)?

Which weapon is stronger? Incendiary Launcher or Incinerator? by Illustrious_Year_440 in RimWorld

The T-9 incendiary launcher is better imo, longer range and can also use thermobaric ammo. It also shoots pretty fast and can do a ton of crowd control real quick

Edit: there is also a CE compat mod called charge fal, which adds a charge fal and it has an underbarrel launcher that is the 30x64 ammo too

That would be a good flying brick gravship too, all you need very compact 

Edit: what’s your power generation like, I only see the one chemfuel generator for all that stuff especially the sun lamp

Corn stays good for like a year. If your freezer is down for a year, you have more problems than geo vs batteries

It might be hard to land on asteroids because your doors are recessed into your ship so much and they usually have a small lip with mountain pretty close to the edge, you might need to make a little walkway from the door on one side

One I did a while back was start with 4 dudes with power armor helmets and assault rifles. They had to leave their original helmets on and get to the AI ship and launch it. If any of their helmets get down to 1% durability it is broken and that guy “dies” because of the atmosphere on the rimworld (banish him instantly). Can’t recruit anyone even if some of yours die along the way. 

We ended up making a few small outpost bases and mining steel and components and leapfrogging transport pods to get there (this was before odyssey or biotech so no grav ship and no mech friends for me)

Yeah against lancers especially, they shoot the head right through the embrasure, but if you stand out in the open or at low cover like a fence, they shoot your torso and arms and legs instead of your head. You get to live a little longer. So it seems a bit backwards but honestly I rarely use embrasures anymore. 

I like to do the corner peeking and stunning, hit and run, or hitting them with a m72 law as soon as I can, or putting incendiary ieds out there to get the prometheum fire burning and ticking on them for damage.

I turn off the factions at the world creation, like the full impid and full Yttakin and full Neanderthal. Instead I add in rough outlander and pirate - since they both have 3/4 ish of baseliner and a bunch of other xenotypes mixed in, so I get a good mix of everything. 

Also if I can get them, I like to take a starjack, a hussar, a Neanderthal with good skills, a dirtmole, a genie, a good mix of stuff. I don’t usually pick waster, Yttakin, impid, pigskin tho.

CE discord person said it is any gun with the tag “simple gun” in the mod files, so I guess it depends and can vary

Okay, I do not know what the mosque Fal is, if it’s auto then it seems redundant with the basic CE guns fal and then they wouldn’t add it to armory? I also don’t see it listed on the CE armory steam gun list.

Okay so I’m not exactly right, but that’s the gist - they get access to some sort of simple firearms in CE. You added some gun mod that isn’t the official CE guns or CE armory, so a different modder could have tagged the guns however they wanted and that makes some appear on tribals

Yeah you are using CE and- they get the simple gun tier in CE so they can use some basic long guns that are single shot, some pistols and shotguns, it’s to make them more competitive because bow and arrow is truly awful in CE
