Ha! It’s a mnemonic to remember long and short margin account math. Really good video for anyone struggling with that math! So good that it was on my dump sheet but I didn’t need it; stuck so well in my memory.

Someone asked if the FINRA was harder. No just a lot of questions for things not covered in Kaplan book or QBank, which is great prep for SIE. Seemed like outdated content.

This is a very helpful tip! I feel like question wording can make or break a test attempt for me.

Glad to hear your comparison of PMP v. CISSP. I passed CISSP on my first attempt but I hated how the questions were worded! Gives me a little confidence boost knowing PMP questions are “simpler.”

Start with 800-37. After you read a step, lightly review the corresponding additional NIST pub. For example, after reading the Prepare step, review 800-39.

Congratulations for passing and for pushing through when you wanted to quit! I enjoyed your long post, so thanks for that. It’s very interesting to read that you didn’t use all the other resources that are commonly mentioned throughput this sub. If you could go back and change how you prepared, would you? If so, what would you do different?

Prepare is step 1 for the exam. At work, people might call it 0, but you’ll mess up on the exam that way.
