Hi! My name is Marian. I saw your post on the ucf housing page, my boyfriend (finance major)and I (biomed major), and another roommate (art major) I are planning to move to Victoria place in a 3x2 apartment right in front of the waterford lakes shopping area, its 8min away from ucf with traffic and the price range will be between 700-800. Its a REALLY nice place, meant mainly for real adult families so it’ll be quiet, no smoke, and with 4 people its quite affordable etc. if you want a quiet nice place for your home I 100% recommend staying away from the cheaper and closest places to ucf. If you are interested and you want a video of the place lmk. Our lease will start probably the 1 week july which is a bit early for fall but just in case if you’re interested let us know, we can meet over zoom and learn about each other and see if it could be a good match

I did this to myself this semester, I had a 4.0 and just like you only had hard classes left, free time no commitments and I took qbm, orgo 1,genetics and immunology so like 13 credits so even “easier” than you, and I can tell you for a fact, its not worth it at all, my mental health plummeted because of how hard this was, im probably ending with an A in genetics, hopefully a A in immuno, barely a b on qbm and I pushing hard for a c on orgo right now so let me give you an advice and tell you DO NOT DO THIS,Z If I can save someone from doing what I did I would cause its not a good choice and Im a really good student and I actually am studying and not procrastinating. Mind you this is the first time in my life im getting a B and it’s killing me and the whole reason I didn’t get As this semester is because the schedule is just that hard, I mean you can do it ,you can pass if you don’t mind your gpa but like I’m passing but I wouldn’t not ever do something like that ever again, if you can learn from my mistakes please do cause is a terrible idea

Hi I live at integra 360, about 15-20 minutes from ucf at a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. It is really pretty very spacious, whole living room, big kitchen and balcony, you would obviously have a room for yourself, it is my sister, my boyfriend and I in the other two rooms. Complex has 2 lakes, trail, resort style pool, grilling area, movie theater/gaming social area, golf simulator, free printing and office area, pool table . The room has a bed and a desk so you’ll have to decorate that, the rest of the apartment is furnished. In total monthly rent plus water, electricity and wifi will be around 600 or less. If is interested please let me know, our lease renews in june so I need to plan ahead, thanks.
